Whilst we want our guests to enjoy their time in The Aston, we do not allow Bucks parties, Hens nights or any behavior that may cause disturbance to other residents of the building.

Guests will be required to sign check-in paperwork as well as pay a security bond. Amount of security bond required will depend on the type of booking. Please contact us to confirm. These funds will be held pending no damages to the property and will be automatically released after the property inspection after departure.

Check out: We respectfully request that the apartment is left in a reasonably tidy state, with any dishes done [wash up any dishes & unpack the dishwasher] and all is rubbish removed from the property. Please remove all personal belongings and place keys in mailbox when departing.


Any rubbish left in bins, balcony, bedroom, bathroom, living area or bedroom, will incur additional costs for removal.

If the apartment is left in an unhygienic condition, this will incur an hourly rate of $75 for cleaning, and to reinstate the premises to the condition on entry.
