My house is located in Haymarket, just minutes away from the train station and within walking distance of the West End and Princes Street.

The house has recently been renovated to the highest standards. It has 2 large bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. There are 2 modern bathrooms and the kitchen contains everything you will need for your stay. I have a back garden and decking area for you to enjoy.

The space

Relax in the spacious and comfortable living room with leather sofas and a large TV. The bright Kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances, including a coffee machine for you to enjoy. There are two bedrooms in the house, one has a comfortable double bed, and the other has two single beds. My cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.

There are 2 modern bathrooms which have underfloor heating and walk-in showers. My house has a secluded back garden area for you to enjoy.

Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay.

No parking space is provided. Free parking is available on the street outside in the evenings and on Sundays.

Kenny's house is a perfect place for spending holidays. It's very bright, tidy and clean, everything is in good condition. It's also close to the transportation just few minutes walk to the train station.

Kenny's house is perfect for a family trip in Edingburgh. Great location and the bus stop is in 1 minutes walk. A Tesco and some other groceries are also nearby. The house itself is extremely clean, spacious ans well-equipped. Check in is very convenient. Also, Kenny is really nice. He welcomed us in person and answered my enquires really quickly. It is the bes(URL HIDDEN)have ever had. Cannot recommend more!

Kenny is a great host. We had very easy communication from the start. His cottage is spotlessly clean, bright, and spacious. It has a good location, within a couple of minutes walk to Haymarket station. We would return if we were in the area again, and definitely recommend it.

Lovely clean modern house, great location , close to city centre and train station. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Check-in / out was easy and trouble free, communication with Kenny was excellent.

I love Italy and try to go every year as well as other places with recent holidays to Sri Lanka, Hong Kong and Myanmar
In my spare time I play tennis and read with my kindle never far out of reach.
When travelling I like my comforts so have renovated and furnished the cottage to a high standard.
5 things I cannot live without:- music, ice-cream, M&S, laughter and meals out
A fun fact about me - I sell Porches but love driving a smart car.
Favourite things have to be sunshine, good manners and laughter.
