My Old City loft is in a prime "city location" for tourist attractions and business meetings. Parking included

This private loft is within walking distance of many historic sites: Elfreths Alley, Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Penn’s Landing, the Ben Franklin Museum, Betsy Ross’ house, Independence Hall, and the Museum of American Revolution. You’ll love my place for its strategic location and bridge views, comfy bed, the high ceilings, the exposed brick walls, and a smart tv with cable.

The space
You’ll have the loft all to yourself. Enjoy the views! We're not the Waldorf Astoria Maldives but its a quality place to stay without breaking the bank! Jump into a comfy queen size bed, fresh sheets and nice pillows for some good snoozing. Your desk is a compact working space with extra outlets for your computer & cell. You also have the convenience of a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (no kitchen), along with a washer-dryer, wifi, cable tv, and hair dryer. The indoor parking garage space is "gold "in any busy city, and you are more than welcome to use one "standard- parking space" without refund, extra time, bartering, complaint- at your own risk. Parking is worth approx $30 per day, and I am simply offering the parking option to add an additional convenience to your stay, and to save you (my guest)s time & money figuring out where to park and how. There is pay- as -you -go public parking along the street (read the signs for availability), and other parking garage options you could otherwise use at your "own expense," or in the event you're planning to bring a second vehicle you will have to park during your visit.

Guest access
The loft is yours; but the common area/entryway must be respected as we have full-time residents in the building. You can use my parking pass for the garage behind the building during your stay. We might not be the Ritz Carlton, Bali either, but we are a quality ran Airbnb designed to help facilitate your lodging needs while exploring Philadelphia- without you emptying your wallet.

Other things to note
If you enjoy an eclectic walkable neighborhood, Old City has it all.
We have an excellent dry cleaner & tailor a few doors away. The neighborhood is historic Philadelphia at it's finest. It has more restaurants than you can feasibly visit in a year, making it #1 in amenities. A great neighborhood to get some really cool photos of historical landmarks.
