Located right cross the street from the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. Only minutes walk to shopping, dining & entertainment precincts. Spacious open plan designed apartment with new kitchen, bathroom & appliances. Large patio facing the botanic gardens. Free wifi provided. NO car park space, visitor parking ONLY (4hours limit).

The space

Apartment 4 is situated on level 1 of the 'Gardens Apartments" facing the botanic gardens.
It features an open plan design with a free flowing function layout.
The full height glass sliding doors to the verandah to let the light & garden views in but fitted with blinds to enable a sleep in too if desired.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary modern appliances including a dishwasher.
Spare towels are available in the linen cupboard if you feel like a swim in the pool on a warm day.
The apartment has a neatly concealed internal laundry with dryer.
Reverse cycle air-conditioner.
Security intercom system & secure gated entry to the building.
Sofa bed can sleep an extra 2 if required. Extra linen available on request. Please note there will be an extra charge for any additional guests beyond 2 ($10/night) & you will have to include the extra guest/s when booking.

The Gardens has secure gated entry.
Guests have access to all common areas including the lap pool.

Interaction with guests

We will meet you to ensure you enjoy your stay & will remain contactable from 8am till 6pm 7 days a week for general advice & 24/7 for emergencies.

Other things to note

Free wifi is available in this apartment only.
Normal check in time is 2pm and check out is at 10am but this is flexible if there are no same day bookings.
This is a non-smoking apartment to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the mall, 5min from the ferry, opposite the botanical gardens and right next door to my conference venue. The balcony looks over the botanical gardens and the complex is safe and has a nice pool.

Maggie is an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and understanding and went out of her way to take care of us. She made us feel welcome and comfortable; it was an amazong first Airbnb experience. I really recommend her apartment. It is so close to everything in the Brisbane CBD. It is so much better in real life than it is in the pics. It was very clean and safe, had everything we needed and was surprisingly quiet. It's also right across the street from the Botanical Gardens and QUT which was pretty awesome. You will not regret booking here. Amazing hosts and an amazing place!

Daniel & Maggie were amazing. The representation of the apartment was just as described. I came to run the Brisbane Marathon. I knew their Place was close by. Literally, I walked out the front door and there was the Starting line. I can't rave enough about their care and attention to everything their guests require. Kudos!

This place is a real city gem: even though it is downtown CBD it has a quieter, more garden-y feel to it. Probably because the beautiful botanical gardens are just across the street and a giant banyan constantly graces you with its beauty! Eagle Street and the river are just right out the door which is perfect for walks or a bite out with a waterfront view. Easy access to the ferry and the pedestrian bridge to South Bank. The apartment is very comfortable and has every modern amenity. The washer/dryer works great, though I suggest the clothesline on the patio if the weather is suitable. Small kitchen had everything we needed. Our small family (with a 7 month old) felt immediately comfortable and at ease. Maggie was a top notch host, she was easy to contact and was very accommodating all around! We truly enjoyed our stay!
