The Hanoi 3B Hotel is a fantastic value that anyone looking to conveniently and inexpensively stay in Hanoi will find excellent. Rooms were spacious and the hotel's location in the Old Quarter makes it easily accessible to many of the city's top attractions. The included breakfast was simple but better than I expected as well with a daily changing rotation. The hotel's location on a major, lively street in the Old Quarter means it can be quite noisy 24/7 if you're in a room facing the street but I had no issue with my earplugs. The staff is truly exceptional going out of their way to assist you. My only one small but major quibble was that their information on the Airport bus to and from the hotel was way off. On my arrival day, the Airport bus stop I was instructed to get off by the staff to get to the hotel from the airport I found didn't exist. In fact, the bus route didn't even go close to that bus stop and I had to get off at another completely different stop that the bus driver told me to get off on. Luckily I had a printed map so I was able to find my way to the hotel but it took a while. Then, on my day of departure, I was instructed to wait at a bus stop for the same airport bus. I had been told that the bus came every 20 minutes but the bus didn't come for an hour by which point it had already come to the time I was told I should already be at the airport during the busy Lunar New Year season. With no response in my Airbnb message to the issue and not enough time to walk back to the hotel with my luggage I ended up having to grab a taxi to urgently get to the airport which ended up costing me quite a hefty, hefty sum. Though the airport bus is obviously not under the hotel's control, I believe any city's hotel should be on top of crucial information for their guests and especially the hotel's airport transportation options and times and this was the only major disappointment I had that unfortunately had me leaving the city on a bad note. Despite those experiences though, I still believe the hotel to be excellent in value and service and would still recommend them for a comfortable and safe stay in Hanoi.

Hi everyone,

Welcome to Hanoi- one of the most beautiful cities in Asia.

I'm Phuong Phan- the host of Hanoi 3B hotel.

What do you call some one who loves reading? I am called a bookworm! I love reading books. Books take me places that I could never afford to go otherwise. "The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page". And I also love traveling.

I really want to meet new people, make friendship and learn about their culture and lives. That's why I have been working in hospitality for 9 years, and I love my job!

My hotel welcomes everyone, families and backpackers, and we have lots of different rooms - private rooms and shared rooms with both of Vietnamese & Western food for breakfast. Our team are always happy to help with any questions or information to make your stay more enjoyable. We wish to be a home, not a hotel. Please come to stay and enjoy!
