My place is close to the beach, shops, airport bus, street-side eating and multi-storey parking places. You'll like the location and space. It's good for solo adventurers, couples and sometimes families.
The spacious bedroom is part of a bourgeois apartment, shared with the host. The building was constructed in the 1920s as the Promenade des Anglais attracted fashion-conscious tourists to the area.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge, as well as central heating radiators for the winter.
As well as the private bedroom access is available to the shared lounge, kitchen, shower & toilet within the apartment.
There is an extra bedroom with a double bed available. This can be used at a charge of an extra person.
Interaction with guests
The host is often out but can provide advice on local facilities and interests.
Other things to note
The apartment is up two short flights of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems.
The apartment is shared with the host, who will share the lounge, kitchen, shower and toilet with you. Outdoor shoes are discouraged inside the building.
