Susan and Kevin are friendly, welcoming hosts. Their house is beautiful, well-maintained, and very clean. The house is in a nice neighborhood and is a short walk to Phillips Exeter Academy and downtown Exeter. I loved the sound of the train whistle! I highly recommend Susan and Kevin's house to anyone.

The home is lovely. We felt safe and had privacy. The hosts were in the house but we didn't hear them or see them except upon check-in. Very nice people. I would stay here again.

Everything was very comfortable and accurately described. The location was within walking distance to everything in Exeter. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The room is as described, close to everything in downtown Exeter. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Shared bathrooms, but during my stay I was barely aware anyone else was in the house except when checking in when Susan gave generous instructions about being there. Loved the historic nature of the home, built in mid-18th century!

Susan and Kevin were fantastic! They are gracious and have deep connections to and knowledge of the community. The house itself is historical and wonderfully decorated. My room was large and comfortable, with dressers, desk and a closet to store my items. It had lots of outlets for recharge my devices. The street and room were quiet and I slept well. Extra pillows! Their home was a short walk to PEA with Exeter's main street a wee bit further. Susan was very helpful and responsive (even when she was out and about), providing an alternate mode of transit to Boston after I learned that the Amtrak line was closed for repairs the weekend of my visit. The room has lots of tourist and historical info for perusing. Thank you for the morning coffee with half and half and that glass of wine I needed when I arrived after a 2.5 flight delay and all the watering holes in Exeter were closed.

Couple in Exeter. Extra room now that the kids are gone - willing to rent/share on weekends in the Fall and Winter and both weeks and weekends in the summer. Sorry not always available due to our schedule. We also have a couple of cottages that we rent seasonally at SEABROOK BEACH.
