The space

Experience modern condo living with high-quality finishing details that create a sense of warmth and well-being. Most of its 1600 square feet has bamboo flooring underfoot and 12-foot vaulted ceilings overhead. The furniture is luxurious and the home theatres' HD TVs are large.

Prepare your meals in a very special kitchen. The spacious granite countertops complement the five stainless steel appliances. There's even a wine cooler!

Need to get some work done or write to a loved one? There's an equipped office ready for you. Or, you can retire to the outdoor patio to soak up the sun or be dazzled by the nighttime views.

You'll feel secure because of the building's state-of-the-art security system, which includes external cameras. Your car will be safely parked underground in either of the two available spots.

Guest access

Access the building by using an electronic passkey. A separate fob lets you into the underground parking. An intercom system lets you talk to guests before opening the door. A concierge is available when you have questions about the city.

We will greet you to get you settled in. Feel free to call when you have questions.

Other things to note

If you arrive via the airport you'll want to take a taxi to the Princeton Grande in Eau Claire. If you are driving into town, go north on 6th Street SW as far as you can and turn right onto Eau Claire Avenue SW.

A one-hour drive west takes you to the world-famous Banff National Park, and the Rocky Mountain towns of Banff and Lake Louise. An hour and a half drive north leads to dinosaur country and the Royal Tyrell Museum. The U.S. border is three hours south.
