Close to beaches - easy access to all San Diego attractions. Single level home is open, airy and perfect for those who want to be close to the beach yet away from the crowds and noise. The large patio has a jacuzzi and BBQ and completely private setting outside of neighbors' view. The spacious home has 2 living rooms each with smart TVs and comfy sofas. The home has a formal dining room.

The space
Our home is just over 2,600 Square feet of updated living space. It is quiet, secluded, close to the beach with gorgeous views. Its private, spacious and accommodating. It has new floors and remodeled bathrooms, bar and kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances! Open floor plan with ocean views from most rooms in the house. Two large living rooms have large smart TVs with sectional sofa and sofa table with 3 stools for additional seating. Kitchen with two islands and fully stocked with spices, olive oil, paper towels. Keurig coffee pot, toaster oven, rice cooker, air frier, and more. A full bar with bar refrigerator and bar essentials. The dining room table seats 6, and with the 5 barstools at the breakfast island. Two living rooms with large TVs in each room, a game cabinet with board games and playing cards. We have boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs available for your use.

Bedroom 3- Queen bed, clothes rack, night stands, plantation shutters. The 4th bedroom is furnished as a full featured office with two work stations and wrap-around desk, file cabinets, printer and office supply storage.

The home is completely private and no other home looks into the property. The front and backyard security gates have Ring motion lighting cameras installed. Each support online live viewing.

The laundry has new Samsung washer drier. Each is the largest model they make. The garage is clean with new epoxy flooring.

The whole home Wi-Fi provides 500Mbps DL / 20Mbps UL. SmartTV receive all the major broadcast stations, and feature all streaming service.

Please note: Spa usage is not unlimited because some past guests have left it running causing massive utility bills. Normal usage is not subject to an additional charge but excessive usage (>3hrs / day) may incur additional fees. Please inquire when booking. We are not trying to make money from the spa; we just want to encourage responsible usage.

Please note: Excessive noise or complaints by neighbors will result in loss of spa privileges. (This has never happened btw).

Guest access
Keyless entry therefore guests can check themselves in at anytime day or night. Guest will be sent a full information packet prior to arrival. At check in time , a personal code will be text to you for entry. You will have access to the whole home except for certain owners closets which will be locked.

Other things to note
Please, ask your guests to remove their shoes when entering the home. We like the floors to remain clean and no one likes to find dirty feet while walking around the house. This is an important rule, so please abide by it.

The home comfortably sleeps six people in three bedrooms. If additional sleeping space is needed, please inquire at the time of your reservation. We have two large, very comfortable blowup mattresses available, but please inquire at the time of your reservation to ensure we provide linens and bedding for these. We discourage using the sofas as beds because this is not hygienic.

We have bedding available for small children in a crib and pack-n-play.

If you intend to have a family get-together, please get our permission in advance. We want to ensure you have the best experience while we must discourage people from having an unauthorized party. Parties are prohibited on my short term rental license, and may result in me losing my license.

If these rules are too much to ask, then maybe another listing is more suitable for you.

Please note: excessive spa usage has been a problem in the past. In one case, a guest, left the filter and heater running and resulted in a massive utility bill the following month. We are not trying to make extra money on the spa. We just want to ensure that we encourage responsible usage. Excessive usage is more than three hours in one day.
