The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.
What you will surely appreciate about Beach Palms is the unforgettable views of the sunrise in the morning over the water, laying in bed listening to the fish jumping and the waves gently rolling in. The evening sunset views will amaze you.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
The Beach Palms 2A is a gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor condo that sleeps 6 with a view of the water from every room, a boat and fishing dock, heated pool, 2 balconies west and east, and 2 parking spots. The east balcony directly over looks the Bay and fishing dock and is accessed by sliding glass doors off both the living room and master bedroom, while the Gulf of Mexico and the white sand beaches are 125 yards to the west. Enjoy the best of both worlds with the Florida’s Intra-Coastal Waterway on the east side of the condo and the pool and Gulf of Mexico on the west side of the condo.
Amenities include sherry stained oak cupboards, HD television with over 200 channels, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, family ready kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board.
Beach Palms 2a has Remote Keyless Locks, Ultra High Speed Wifi, ceiling fans in every room, alarm clocks, patio furniture, beach chairs, beach toys, outdoor shower, plus two private sheltered parking spots to keep your car out of the intense Florida sun.
The Anna Maria Island Beach Palms is located with-in walking distance of Anna Maria Island's best waterfront restaurants, beach shops, gift shops, shell shops, boutiques and the quaint shopping village on historic Bridge St. that leads right out onto the pier, famous for strolling, fishing and eating and the restaurant at the end of the pier.
The free trolley stops right in front of the Beach Palms 2A and will tak you anywhere on the island you desire including the "Publix Grocery Store" located just a few stops from the front door.

Our family fell in love with Anna Maria Island the first time we visited in 1989. Every summer since, we’ve spent our vacations on this island, and in 1995, we bought our first condo here. Having a young family at the time meant we had to rent our condo to offset ownership costs. Thankfully, by offering luxurious accommodations at an affordable price, we were able to keep the condo booked for an average of 50 weeks a year. These steady bookings allowed us to purchase our second condo in 2013, and a third in 2014. While opening up these homes has allowed us to keep returning to the island—and even better, to a house that feels like home—we also truly enjoy offering a place to guests to discover Anna Maria Island and feel at home here, too.Terry and family
