This unique, luxury apartment, recently renovated (in 2016), spacious (110m2) and right in the centre of Athens (Koukaki area) is located right across from the subway (Metro) station and the Acropolis Museum. It has an incredible view of the Acropolis monument and is ideal for a truly relaxing, pleasant and comfortable stay.

The historic centre of Athens includes some of the most exquisite samples of Greek and World cultural heritage. The large, comfortable balcony of the apartment, which is located at the wonderful neighbourhood called Koukaki, offers a spectacular view of the Acropolis (the wonder of ancient Greek civilization within walking distance), the Acropolis Museum, Makrygiannis Military camp and the legendary Theatre of Dionysus, the first stone theater ever built and, supposedly, birthplace of Greek tragedy. They comprise a truly breathtaking view.
The apartment is near the junction of two wonderful walkways ‘Dionysiou Areopagitou’ and ‘Makrigianni’ streets, which are perfect for a walk at one of the most vibrant places of the city. From there, more walkway streets will lead to key points in the city.
In a just a few minutes of walking distance are the famous Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Filopappou hill, as well as the famous Panathenaic Stadium. Most of Athens’smost important landmarks are only a few minutes walking distance from the apartment.
Neighbouring, is the area of Plaka full with picturesque alleys, charming restaurants, taverns and wonderful neoclassical houses.
