PET POLICY

Pets are welcome with advance notice. The following pet fees apply:

• 1–5 nights: $25 per night
• 6–29 nights: $200 total
• 30+ nights: $300 total

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both inside and outside the property, and for any pet-related damage.

LOST KEY FOB POLICY

Building key fobs provide access to secured areas of the property and are costly to replace. A $500 replacement fee will be charged for any lost, damaged, or unreturned key fob.

SECURITY

An exterior security camera monitors the exterior/common entrance area of the property for guest and property security.

Please note that this is a privately managed apartment and does not have 24/7 on-site hotel staff. If an issue arises during your stay, our team is available by message and will assist as quickly as possible.

HOUSE RULES & BUILDING POLICIES

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests and residents, the following rules are strictly enforced.

🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING

Smoking, vaping, marijuana use, and illegal drug use are prohibited inside the apartment and throughout non-designated areas of the property.

• $500 fee for smoking/vaping violations
• Additional cleaning, odor remediation, or damage costs may apply

🎉 NO PARTIES OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS

Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized guests are not permitted.

Maximum occupancy is 7 registered guests.

Violations may result in:

• $1,000 violation fee
• Termination of the reservation
• Removal from the property by building security

🔇 QUIET HOURS

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM and are enforced by building management and security.

Please be respectful of neighboring residents at all times.

• First complaint: Courtesy warning
• Second complaint: $50 security dispatch fee
• Continued violations may result in reservation termination and additional penalties

🏠 CARE OF THE PROPERTY

• Please do not rearrange furniture.
• Keep pets off furniture and clean up after them.
• Report any damage or breakage to us promptly.
• Lock the apartment and ensure windows are closed whenever you leave.
• Children must be appropriately supervised at all times.

🛏️ AIR MATTRESS

The provided air mattress must remain inside the apartment. Removal or loss of the air mattress may result in a $250 replacement fee.

⏰ CHECKOUT

Please depart by the scheduled checkout time so our cleaning team can prepare the apartment for the next guest.

Unauthorized late checkout may result in a $50 late checkout fee.
