Patrick was very friendly, communicative and easy to rent from. The flat is delightful, very well equipped and has everything you could want for a weekend in Rome. It is at basement level and is therefore a little gloomy but this is more than made up for by the excellent way that the space has been used. The location is absolutely perfect, in a charming building in a really special part of Rome. This part of Trastevere feels more residential than some of the parts towards the Vatican, but is still very close to the heart of the city. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the flat (and Patrick) to anyone.

Lovely place to stay. Very central, with loads of bars and restaurants just around the corner. Pretty much walking distance to all the main attractions (we bought a travel card for all 4 days we were there but ended up not using the public transport much). The place itself is very spacious, very clean and the neighbours are very friendly. The neighbourhood seems very safe and very lively. The only downside would be the smell when you 1st enter the apartment as it seems to remain closed for quite sometime, but nothing that a bit of fresh air wouldn't solve. Patrick provided us with directions to the flat and was very helpful answering our queries. He also made sure we had his contact details in hand, should we need to contact him. I would definetally come back and recommend it.

We had a great time. Appartment is well decorated but lacks natural light. So relaxing in the appartment will be in the dark. However the appartment is situated in a complex with a real movielike Italian atmosphere. The neighbourhoud is great. The entire old city is within walking distance... Not all in one day but still.. You can walk to the Vatican or Colloseum, Pantheon etc all from the appartment. Emenities in the appartment are very good as well. Don't forget to bring your own sheets and towels! We had a great time!

Our 3-day stay at Patrick's apartment was definitely a pleasure. Patrick, although living in Brussels was very quick to respond to anything and very helpful to provide all appropriate feedback. The neighborhood is great as you can be at the heart of Trastevere's life in two-minutes walk. The apartment is beautifully decorated, tidy and clean. We really enjoyed it :)

Patrick's apartment was spacious and tidy. No wifi but did have a great kitchen, sleeping area and sofa with tv. His place is in a large apartment complex so make sure you know exactly which apartment is his or you will never find it! Great neighborhood with friendly bars all over. Easy walking distance to all the popular sights in Rome.
