We are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. For the unpleasant smell we have been notified by the guest about this and we immediately sent our staff to the property to resolve the issue. We acknowledge the concern of the guests about the pictures reflecting on air bnb and we maintain our properties as close as what it appear on air bnb with few changes in the decor to make it more presentable and appealing to guests. To ensure that the guests are comfortable with the property, by the time we received the notifications about the AC issues, water leaking and furnitures ,we sent our technicians to the property to immediately fix the problems. After our technicians fixed the problems and offered to be transfer to our other property unfortunately the guests still are not satisfied. (Website hidden by Airbnb) For the refund request, we gave courtesy credit to the guests and on top of the monetary refund we waived the electricity bill for our guests. "It was the first day I had no water to bathe. I had to go to the bathroom next door to take a bath. Many hotels booked a few days in advance were not arranged in advance. This is not satisfactory."We appreciate the guest's feedback regarding their experience at our property. We also ensure that our properties are ready for use upon guests arrival and this includes ensuring the water in the bathroom and other amenities are in working condition. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately for any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned and a dedicated email and phone number to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. Tracing through our records the guest never brought up any of these concern regarding water issues in the bathroom . Had we known we would have sent our staff to address it right away. After we investigated the water issue, we found out that it was just an urgent water maintenance that lasted only for a day. Rest assured that this issue has already been taken care of and has been resolved.Nevertheless, we apologised to the guests for the inconvenience that it may caused to the guests. We hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see 俐君 陈 back in Phuket soon.

The Guests encountered technical issues on arrival however they did not give us an opportunity to solve these issues as they chose to leave the property soon after check in. The issues mentioned were easily solvable by changing the aircon mode from fan, as well as leaving the water to run for a minute for it to heat up and run clear. This unfortunate situation could have ended differently had we been given some time to resolve it.
