A tucked away quirky and comfortable property with the convenience of being just of the high street. A place to unwind if you're visiting family or working in the area. If you are a leisure traveller Eastwood town is not a tourist destination itself but is greatly positioned between the centre of Nottingham, Derby, the Peak district and sherwood forest.

The ground floor consists fully equipped kitchen/dinning/sitting room with sofa which folds into a double bed for extra guests.

Eastwood is an ex-mining town built in the hills of the southern Pennine tail situated between Nottingham and Derby city centres with easy access to M1 junction 26 and 27.

Offering a convenient position for business travellers in the East Midlands.
The accommodation is positioned in the small town centre, just off the high street, everything you need is just a few steps away, plenty of shops and cafes, plus a few bars, restaurants.
On the next corner is the DH Lawrence Birthplace museum and blue line trail. Including coffee shop (handy for breakfast or lunch)

Eastwood is not a destination within itself but close to lovely countryside. ideally located and offering good public transport if you want to be close to Nottingham and Derby city centres and the gateway to the peak district.
