I know that the elevator problem has heavily disturbed your stay. As you know, we called the company many times, every day a technician came without being able to fix the problem. Today everything is back to normal. But I understand your disappointment.
Regarding the air conditioning, it is a bit hard to mention it as a negative point. We have been very reactive. You contacted us in the morning to report the problem, in the afternoon our technician was already there to fix it.
Ditto for the dryer, which works perfectly, but you have to empty the water tank from time to time.
