We have a luxurious 2 bedroom apartment with partial sea views, spacious with high-end finishes and furnished in a modern contemporary style. There's air-conditioning, a lounge, dining area, a satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and a dryer.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, the main bedroom with both a bath and a shower and the second bedroom has a shower.
There's free private parking on site and the apartment has 2 parking bays. Guests can enjoy the gas Barbecue facility by the pool, landscaped gardens, a large salt water rim flow pool and a baby pool.
Guests can enjoy direct access to the promenade and beach. As well as to Pearl Walk mall with its vast selection of restaurants, retail shops, spas and nail boutiques and Planet Fitness Just Gym.

Other things to note
UMHLANGA is a very popular holiday destination especially over the festive season so parking in Umhlanga Village is a concern. To avoid this we encourage guests to park at the resort and walk as we are situated right in the heart of the Village and it's very safe to walk even at night.
We apologise in advance for the inconvenience caused by the construction of the final phase of the development.
1) The apartment shall be used by the GUEST for residential purposes only and for no other purpose whatever.
2) NO SMOKING permitted in the units.
3) The apartment shall be used by the GUEST, provided that the number of users of the apartment shall not at any time exceed 4 (four) persons in a 2 bedroom apartment .
4) The GUEST shall conduct his activities with reasonable and diligent care and due and proper consideration for the other occupants;
5) not cause a nuisance such as, for example, the use of radio and television sets, recording equipment, the playing of musical instruments and the like to the extent that people are disturbed thereby.
