At the end of a cul-de-sac with a view of a park; In the middle of Altona and still very quiet; Short distances to the train station and attractive restaurants. Our apartment dates back to 1898, when you were invested in high quality: high ceilings, wonderful pitch-pine wooden floors and a wide, tiled staircase house. You will love our atmosphere and cosiness.
Like an apartment for a prince and a princess
Two rooms, kitchen, bathroom at the end of a quiet cul de sac in the most beautiful part of Altona. The rooms, with round windows and high ceilings, overlook a park.
The apartment is a self contained apartment in a large flat. I live and work in the large living area.
There is a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, in the hallway and in the bathroom. For large areas, there are two trunks (above the bathroom and in the corridor).
The entrance area is in the first step for both apartments together (see ground plan), on the left hand is the entrance door to the granny apartment.
The house itself is a 120-year-old officer's or burgher's house. House and apartment are excellently renovated, not least because we are an owner community, which is well understood and in which almost all apartments are inhabited by the owners themselves.
Traffic is very central. Altona train station (subway, suburban train, bus station) is 700 m, the nearest bus station is 300 m.
The Elbe ("Altonaer Balkon") can be reached on foot in fifteen minutes. From there you can make long walks along the river Elbe as well as downstream.
Shopping possibilities are very close. There are rolls at the corner; A large REWE market is located three hundred meters away.
There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, among others, with inexpensive lunch tables on workdays or brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
The fact that we live so calmly in a central location is like a small miracle.
After 10 pm please rest.
