Our beautiful ground floor Georgian apartment offers less stairs magnificent high ceilings, making the living space spacious and airy. With a modern contemporary style, offering new furnishings, wooden flooring throughout, working Georgian style shutters for cosy evenings in and featuring artworks from both local artists and visitors.

Even when Scotland treats you to its ever-changing weather fronts we often do not stay in. Minutes away just a short walk into the city centre and on the way, you will find our local pubs and places we frequent when in the City.
The apartment offers not just comfortable sleeping options for our guests:
2 x King beds. We can provide one of our rooms with 2 singles please request during booking. . The bedrooms are set to the rear of the property so the noise of the city should not have an affect on how you sleep. These beds are super comfy I use hotel quality linen and towels and provide the essential items needed for holiday and business travel alike
The apartment has brand new appliances, smart heating & touch screen cooking to make for a comfortable stay.
Guests will have full access to the entire apartment, and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use, including wifi & smart TV (Chromecast, NowTV).
Interaction with guests
The apartment is in the heart of the city centre's West End - a spectacular central area of Edinburgh, built between 1767 and 1850.
Only minutes walk away from Princes St, Charlotte Square and George St, the area is full of charming independent boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Being this central, the apartment is also extremely well positioned for both Waverley and Haymarket rail stations.
The area is also a great base for exploring Stockbridge and the Dean Village, as well as further afar, with easy west-of-city access to both the Forth Road Bridge/North and Glasgow/M8.

We are a family of 4 and we live near Edinburgh. We have three properties that have recently been restored to immaculate condition. We pride ourselves on just being good down to earth people who want to make sure that we do what we can for you and ourselves to have a great Airbnb experience.
We often stay in Edinburgh when the apartments are vacant. We share our flats with you so you can enjoy Edinburgh as much as we do. Eating out, shopping and just attending events in the capital city.
The links to other parts of Scotland are fantastic. If you take a longer stay 4 days for instance one of those days, you could go to the city of Perth 1 1/2hrs away. Or Glasgow roughly the same. There are just so many things here in Scotland to enjoy but that’s your call. see you when you get here.
