Beautiful villa just outside Avignon centre (2km) with view on the Rhone river and the Alpilles mountains. With a private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms with airconditioning and 2 bathrooms + shower ans washbasin in a room, this villa was recently competely renovated! Check out the pictures!!

Nice terrace where you can comfortably enjoy the weather or supervise your children while they are playing in the private swimming-pool. Only 2 km from Avignon and its historical centre and at a walking distance from Les Angles shops.

TGV Avignon is only a 10 minute drive from the villa and there is a possibility to rent a car, take a taxi or a bus, in front of the railway station. Only a 1 hour drive from Marseille international airport.

A beautiful home in a beautiful area, so the TIME to enjoy! Full of things to visit ( Avignon and its historic center, the Pont du Gard, Uzès, Vaison la Romaine, Orange and its ancient theater, ea...) and then rest by the pool, quiet, not overlooked with unobstructed views of the Alpilles and the Rhone Valley.
