The majority of the other rentals in the area are located in the outlining towns several miles away and require you to wait in a long line for an old school bus shuttle to take you to the resort.

The space

The rentals are completely equipped with everything you should need, including all towels and linens, free high speed WiFi, paper products, smart TV's with free Netflix's, coffee, sugar, spices, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion (refills are not available). The resort village has several stores and restaurants, including a small general store, and a liquor store. A Safeway grocery store is 10 minutes away on Highway 40, in the Town of Fraser. For children, each of the rentals provide a portable crib, booster chair, and a foldout sleeping cushion for the floor.

The buildings do not have a pool or gym on the property, but there is a fantastic new rec center in the Town of Winter Park, with multiple indoor pools, water slide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, 2 sports courts and a complete gymnasium. A free shuttle is available during the ski season.

A Few Reminders For All Of Our Rentals:

*Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 10:00am.

*Quickly inspect the rental immediately upon arrival to make sure everything is working properly and not missing items, to avoid additional charges.

*Ski equipment is not allowed in the condo's. Please leave your equipment in the ski locker room located off the lobby and garage. The locker number is the condo number, and the 3 digit lock combination is outlined above. Simply turn the dial right 3 times to the first number, then turn left one complete turn to the second number, and then right to the third number.

**Only prepaid authorized pets are allowed in designated pet-friendly units. We are happy to accommodate your furry friends; the pet fee is simple, $29 per day per pet (2 pets max no exceptions). Pets are not allowed on any furniture and especially not the bedding! The cleaning company will issue a bill if there is excessive pet hair on bedding or furniture. We have premium vacation rentals, please help us keep them in order, as we would if we stayed in your home. Pets are REQUIRED TO BE IN A CRATE IF LEFT ALONE IN THE UNIT AND ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE OR BEDS. Additional fees will be charged for non-compliance, pet damage or extra cleaning, which will be supervised by our housekeeper.

*There is NO SMOKING allowed in any of the rentals. Violators will be fined $500.
*Firearms are not allowed to be used on or near the property. Violators will be fined $500 and the reservation cancelled.
*Daily maid service is not available.
*All of the rentals provide free WiFi. In the Founders Pointe and Fraser Crossing buildings, the network is "FP Internet" or "FC Internet", and the password is "fcfpguest". Please call (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) with any internet issues for those buildings only.

This is a nice, quiet, convenient place near the base of Winter Park, is is actually nicer than the closer buildings to the base. It has underground parking which is great, it is far from the elevator so if this is a problem you may want to keep this in mind, it was not a problem for us. It has a fantastic hot tub. I recommend this place and I have stayed in hundreds of mountain accommodations.

The place was great. Ideal location, very clean and nicely furnished. More than enough room for our party of 5 (4 adults, one teen). Great view from the master bedroom. The building is on Winter Park drive, so you’re a minute or two from the central village shops and the adjacent Zephyr lift. I loved not having to drive and being able to ski from first to last chair without worrying about traffic. My wife used the free Lift local bus service which stops outside the front door. We enjoyed the hot tub and also used the gas grill on the hot tub level. I’ll look for availability again next time I plan a visit.
