We loved the peace and quiet afforded us by this spacious home. It is in a picturesque southern suburb of Cape Town, just 15 minutes from the warm water swimming beaches of False Bay, which suited us down to the ground. Each morning I would drive down to Sunrise Beach for a lovely walk along the beach. Later in the day we were able to do other enjoyable things, such as driving to the Waterfront, about 20 minutes away, or a visit to the famous Kirstenbosch Gardens, which were beautiful. In the evenings we had the pick of a wide range of restaurants, all in short driving distance, including the Constantia Village, which has a shopping mall and lots of restaurants. So this location, central to most of the things we wanted to do, was ideal. A bonus for us was the availability of s safe and secure garage to park our car.

I have a great passion for traveling, exploring new places and meeting new people. Renting out our home on Airbnb allows us to do just this.

I have lived and worked in both London and Barcelona but Cape Town will always be home.

I'm an Independent Travel Consultant, so traveling and organizing others travels is what I do best. I'm very happy to share any and all of my travel knowledge, especially about the touristy and non-touristy things to do and see in beautiful Cape Town and South Africa.
