It was lovely staying at Mauro's. Very laid back and relaxing location. Was lovely to have breakfast brought to you with a lovely selection to chose from. We only stayed for 2 night but wish it could have been longer.

It was my first, and my partner's second time, visiting Domo de Restablas and what a pleasure it is. You are greeted by lovely hosts who show you to your apartment, which are both are super cosy, homely and clean. They overlook the family's vineyards and all you hear are sounds of birds during the day and crickets at night. Highly recommended as an all rounder... especially if you are looking for some peace and quiet. Highly recommended. We will be back next year!

The B&B is heaven, located in the middle of the vines, and bordered by olive tree. It is well kept and the views are amazing, you can walk up the roof to appreciate the views by day, and also the sky by night. On the evening, you can see the lights of the village. The pool is cleaned every day, and big enough for a swim. There are steps at one end. We stayed at the flat for 4: 2 large bedrooms, a small kitchen, a large balcony with 2 seating areas. There is also a large sitting area outside, and a BBQ for cooking outside, and even an outdoor oven for baking pizza. The flat is well thought and there is everything you need. Breakfast is taken outside, with local products: the best thing to start the day. We enjoyed a lovely stay of 2 weeks with both children (10 & 6 years). Note you need a car to get to to the beach, or different cities to visit. You can walk to the village - though under the summer sun shine, best is to drive. Mauro texted us prior our arrival, and pick us at the village, he took the time to show us everything we needed to know. It was our 1st experience with Airbnb, and we were very pleased. Don't hesitate to ask any questions to Mauro, he was very helpfull.

We had a great stay with Mauro. You are surrounded by vineyards with amazing views to Berchidda not far away. The town is great - little bars, pizzerias, bank etc - everything you need. Mauro was very helpful in giving us tips about the local area. Breakfast is fantastic as is the local wine. The pool is great; there's a handy kitchen (though we always went to the pizzeria :-), and it's a very peaceful place to stay. A great base for exploring the North of Sardinia, highly recommended.

Stunning location, utter tranquility. We could not have wished for anything more. The facilities have everything you could possibly need, with the added bonus of a swimming pool. Mauro is an excellent host, we stayed for a week in August and could not fault the trip. Breakfast every morning up on the terrace overlooking the vineyard was a dream. We flew in to Olbia (30min drive) and used the villa(?) as a base to explore the northeast and west of Sardinia. The beaches are to die for, the food is divine, and the people could not be any more welcoming. Do not hesitate to stay at this amazing place. Tip: there is a fantastic restaurant 'trattoria locande stella' in Monti if you want superb tasty food at a good price and with a fantastic host. Only a 15min drive away.

I'll repeat what I wrote in the guest book ..... "I really don't want to go home ... EVER! An island of peace and tranquillity ... in an island of peace and tranquillity!" My friend and I used this as a base to see the Italian round of the WRC ... it was very suitably located and made daily journeys quite simple. That alone would have been worth staying here. Mauro (and his father and brother) made us feel most welcome - and a couple of bottles of wine from the vines either end of the swimming pool were most appreciated and very enjoyable. We totally loved it here ... every minute of the 6 nights we stayed!! So much so that we didn't bother to go and watch the final day of WRC .... just so that we could get an extra whole day in at "B&B Domo di Resteblas". If you want to forget about work (or anything else), you can chill out here and recharge your batteries super-fast ... ready for the return to "civilisation". (Actually - Berchidda is probably more civilised than at home in the UK ... !) The only "problem" is that desire to never leave once you've completed the recharging! Leaving was rather emotional! Plans to return next year were being seriously discussed by the end of the first day .... let alone by the end of our time here. This was part of a 2 week + holiday that ended at the Le Mans 24 Hrs race in France .... . The whole 17 days was quite fantastic - but the best part of the whole 17 days was the time spent here. Any criticisms? Not really - it would possibly be more a criticism of myself .... The mobile phone signal here was poor - and no wifi internet. Many would see this as an attraction - and for the most part so do I - but the 21st century moves on and most of us are rather attached to our smart phones .... especially posting photos of this magnificent place to Social Networks to create as much envy as possible back home, of course! :) B&B Domo de Resteblas .... you are 99.9% perfect! Never change!
