The Zuchovicki family have shared great moments in our Florida home and would love to share it with others. Our property is nested in an amazing paradise and it has been renovated in 2020 Marce enjoys the outdoors and spends on her free time, biking, swimming, playing tennis and great moments with family and friends. Why Marce Zuchovicki chose St Petersburg Area Marce originally purchased this home for her parents and moved them here from Argentina 10 years ago. Her dad is now living with her in NJ and her mother unfortunately passed away. She plans on having this home as her retirement place when she is ready to slow down and retire. What makes this condo unique: Isla Del Sol is a place where everyone is friendly, which makes coming home a pleasure. You never feel alone and always have a helpful neighbor around. There are so many amenities and activities for everyone. The cool ocean breeze is relaxing as you sit on the deck and watch the sunset.
