Winduga is close to family-friendly activities such as picnics by the river, walking, tennis in Berry, kayaking in Kangaroo Valley, bushwalking to Drawing Room Rocks or just playing Monopoly by the fire. You’ll love Winduga because of the views, the ambience, and the great unspoilt outdoors. Winduga is good for couples, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The space

You can enjoy and explore 160 acres of bush, paddocks and a pristine river to swim, spot platypus, wallabies, wombats and feed the king parrots. Enjoy the quiet serenity of a salt water pool with amazing views or a leisurely bath in solar heated spring water. Stargaze at the Southern Cross while cooking a barbeque and watch the moon rise over the sandstone escarpment - all only 2.5 hours from Sydney and 10 minutes from Berry. The cottage is comfortable with a rustic theme. The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of books, DVDs and games are on the shelves for your enjoyment and the newly renovated bathroom is a treat.

Guest access

You will have the cottage, gardens, pool, creeks and paddocks all to yourself. Enjoy collecting fresh eggs from the chook house.

Interaction with guests

We are contactable for help by phone at any time.

Great location and view but the rules around dogs not being allowed in the house (except tiled floors) need to clear before paying. House was musty and could have done with a good clean.

A truly relaxing escape from everyday life. The location is its biggest draw card private, peaceful and absolutely breath taking. We really enjoyed being disconnected from technology and the cottage is the perfect spot to bring your furry friends. Thanks again Amanda.

We had a very relaxing Easter overlooking the cattle pastures and cows. Morning fog gave way to sunny days and the kids enjoyed the pool and the rustic experience. Amanda was very responsive to our inquiry and provided excellent directions and instructions for accessing the property.

This is a lovely little cottage in a secluded valley, only a short drive from Berry. The view is beautiful and it's super quiet. We were down for a family party nearby so we didn't get a chance to walk around the farm and surrounds much but it would be nice to return and spend a bit more time.

We love to travel as a family & have wonderful adventures. we have travelled with our daughters to Nepal, Vietnam, Italy, Japan, Vanuatu, Thailand & Bali (as well as around Australia) & are heading to Europe this Christmas. We are travellers rather than tourists.

We love good food & time with friends & family is far better than time in front of a screen!
