The place was great! Very central. That said, do note that it does get loud at night. The bathroom is semi open (with the tree) and that adds to the noise. But if you like being central and safe: stay here!

We had a great time staying here. The staff made us feel welcomed and were quite attenative. The courtyard is a great place to relax and read, just kick back in one of the two hammocks. It is nice to be in the center of the town, you are right there, walk out the courtyard and all the street vendors are there during the day and food carts roll in, in the evening. Our room was quite quiet, the way you walk through a long hall that has a door at the street that is locked at 10pm (you get a key for it) that also helps keep it quieter. The people in the town are fun and this is a great place to bring the family. We plan on coming back with our grandkids.

A beautiful place in the center of everything ! Convenient and wonderful that breakfast was included. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and hotel was unique and gorgeous. Great air conditioning. Really cool bird in the courtyard. Only thing is I wish I had known that it would be a little loud at night and also that the Turquesa room doesn't have a window that lets in natural sunlight so it can be quite dark.

The B&B was very nice - the staff were helpful - there was always someone on duty, breakfast was provided and we felt very safe. I don't think Gin was there, but she stayed in constant communication and gave really good directions and tips for the airport. The place is right in the middle of town with a very lively nightlife, with that being said the place was still pretty quiet. Our place was the only one on the ground level, so we did get waken up each morning by the birds, I think roosters, right outside our room. I'd imagine if we were in any other room, we may not hear the birds. There was air conditioning and a fan in the room, which we didn't really need, but we were happy to have it. There was a cool tree in the shower and there was a little space around the tree and the building, so naturally little bugs came in and even a small lizard, but they didn't bother us! The shower was a little touchy, you couldn't get comfortable water - it was either steaming hot or cold. Overall it was a great experience and the town is wonderful. For the price and hospitality we would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Sayulita was amazing thanks to Gin and staff. Our room was neat, well-located, and included a lovely breakfast each morning in the courtyard. The room is on the first floor and doesn't have any real windows, but courtyard hammocks made up for the lack of natural light in the room. A great place for a couple or pair of friends!

Our stay at Gin's bed and breakfast was perfect. Sayulita is such a small and quaint town and Gin's place is right at the center of it bringing you close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The rooms are small but they have just about everything you need, a clean and comfy bed and a private bathroom + shower. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and the value of this place is just unbeatable.

Gin (Virginia) User ProfileGin (Virginia) is a superhost.

I have lived in Sayulita for 15 years. Came down and was just passing through, as many do, and never left. I have raised my family here and Sayulita has become a part of me as much as I have become a part of it. I started working at the Bed and Breakfast for friends that I have known for a long time and am truly happy to share it with so many people.
