My place is on a hill with a beautiful panoramic view. Despite being isolated, the center of Lucca (the walls) is only 9 km and a 10-minute drive away. The beginning of the short dirt road coincides with a bottleneck between a wall of a villa and a house, but although it seems very narrow, any car can pass through! You'll love my place because of its location, views, people, and intimacy. House suitable for families with children, groups and pets.

The house was the barn of the manor house next door (inhabited by the owners), renovated and independent in terms of utilities and heating (gas with thermostat). There is an additional pellet stove in the sleeping area that remained even after the installation of the heating system.
Other things to note
The olive grove that surrounds us has wild horses (not rideable) as well as a Labrador and two rabbits!
