Please pay attention we have had to signalize this user to Airbnb as a family of vandals. You may believe that they expressed their dissatisfaction with the upper review, but it isn’t. This user and his family has intentionally devastated our home. They left the door of the Villa open to let thieves and animals come in when they finally go away. They throw blankets out of the furniture spreading them on the terrace. Mattresses were dragged to the floor. They ruined and dirty the sofa. They moved everything in their hands: a vortex of chairs, tables, objects, and even big pots of roses (!!!) has been raised to let us take a lot of time to put in order. On the other hand, we welcome them with a lot of food, we provided them with anything asked - Villa’s pictures to show its position, the requested inflatable mattrasses, more toilet paper, biological insecticide for ants (with personnel to spray it!), and more and more: since the TV wasn’t really working, in 5 min. the have had another, plus a bonus of Sky pay tv not foreseen in the price; since they refused our offer to have a needed housekeeper, we send bed and bath linen plus a bonus of 2 housekeepers as free personnel to change their linen and make their beds. Their vandalic behavior was, we suppose, a childish revenge because we have had to complain with them during their staying. Without informing us, they come in the prohibited and dangerous zones of the Villa as the technical area of the swimming pool to find out instruments to clean the pool. As any infinity pool, it has a self-cleaning system, perfectly functioning, unless you throw bread in the pool and leave a so huge disorder on the borders of the pool to impede the system to start. So, we needed to let the guardian to have a look to avoid permanent damages to the pool. To guarantee high standards of hospitality, the guardian of the park is encharged to maintain the clean pool (e.g., to balance of chlorine). They crushed the electric system of lights in the garden, so we needed to send them an electrician to repair the damage. Unfortunately, we thought to be kind to send maintenance people to give a help. If to have privacy means for a guest to destroy an Airbnb location, may be your host will prefer maintenance people to you.
