this place is great. very nice house in this remote (very remote...) place in Vermont. Had a hard time finding the place as the GPS insisted it was elsewhere.. but Dianna's message and phone availability fixed that.. the place is very big, great and well equipped kitchen. nice living room. there is an antique piano, a deck with view to the field and lots of room. privet rooms are on the second floor. (for a city mouse like me this huge place was even a bit spooky) we liked it a lot. there is no WIFI, which was an issue for me. Overall - GREAT place and great value! UB

Deanna was a very helpful and attentive hostess. The home is old and under renovation, but everything that we needed was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped for a family that wants to eat in. Beds were comfortable and linens very fresh. Great place to "hang your hat" while spending the days out skiing or sight seeing.

We stayed at Deanna's place for a ski weekend at Jay Peak, which is 20-25 minutes away. The place is a great value. Lot's of space, huge kitchen and dining room, comfortable bed rooms. Communication was great and check in/out was simple. Would stay here again.

This was an excellent spot for a weekend ski getaway! Deanna's house was great, spacious, and as-advertised. Her communication and followup was awesome and very thorough. We'd definitely recommend Deanna and her house!

We stayed in Deanna's house as a pit stop on our way to Jay Peak! Very convenient to Jay, only 23 minutes away. The house was large, with a nice kitchen, and good selection of bedroom options for group travel. Deanna was especially awesome in communicating with me prior to our trip, and being flexible around our late arrival. The (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) directions to the house are not entirely accurate, but Deanna gave me detailed instructions that made it easy to find her house even at night. The house had all basic necessities for a stay. Our group would definitely stay here again!

Nice farm house. Undergoing renovations at the time I was here. However, it is a nice place to hang your hat after a long day of skiing at Jay Peak. Everything was nice, clean and welcoming. I would stay again.

Deanna was very welcoming and the house had all the necessities of home. Close enough to the mountain to go back and forth but far enough away to have privacy.
