The space

A perfect apartment in a perfect location is the key to access Central Birmingham. The apartment easily fits in 4 to 5 people and has large bedrooms with a great open plan kitchen and lounge area.

Where everything is literally within walking distance.

Guest access

The guests can enjoy free complimentary Wifi access. They also have access to free view television.

There is a Gym near by called Pure Gym which is a 5 min walk. (Charges apply please contact Pure Gym Fiveways directly)

There is also 1 allocated parking spot available for an additional charge of £7 per day.

Interaction with guests

Guest who have booked can contact me anytime (reasonable hours) via email, air bnb or my direct number.

I myself will be present to check guests in along with the listing process.

The neighbourhood

Birmingham City Centre is a vast centre and by staying at No.1 Hagley Road puts you right in the middle of everything. The apartment itself is located near all the major financial offices and Broad street where the cities main bar and clubs are right at your doorstep.

The Bullring shopping centre is a 15 min walk or a 5 min train journey from the five ways station which is across the dual carriage way.

It is also near the sea life centre and the world Famous Cadbury's factory is a must see attraction. I would recommend to book tickets on line and arrange taxi service for pick up and drop off service.

The city is full of bars and top restaurants we hold the worlds 4th best restaurant called Adams and the countries best Indian restaurant Pushkars. Advanced booking is a must to avoid any disappointment.

Getting around

The best part of No.1 Hagley Road is that everything is near by which all can be achieved by walking, taxi and train service.

If Arriving by car, a secure underground private parking is available at an extra cost of £7 per day. (Note parking is at own risk)

We also offer a private taxi service. (advanced booking is required)

If arriving from Birmingham Airport follow directions for Five Ways Birmingham City Centre.

If arriving via New Street train station it is only a 15-20min walk or a 5 min Taxi drive.

All major bus stops are 2 min walk from the apartment and the same for the Five Ways trains station. Please check (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps which will give you a better understanding of the location.

Other things to note

We follow a strict policy process and make sure that other guests or tenants within the building are not to be disturbed and noise levels will have to be kept at a reasonable minimum level.

We expect the guests to respect all parts of the apartment and building.

Check out must be prompt or chargers apply, £10 for every extra hour
No pets are allowed.
Guests are to leave the property the way given to them.

We were a group of four ladies on a city break. This flat was perfect for us. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The flat was immaculate. Although situated on a busy roundabout in a tall block of flats it was very quiet! The beds were comfy, the shower great, the living space perfect. I am planning to return with my family in the summer.

This flat was really comfortable, well-equipped and quiet. The views are great and the location is ideal for people who want to be close to the International Conference Centre/Symphony Hall/Repertory Theatre along with all of the restaurants nearby.

Aj's place is so well located in the center of the city. We had a car because of family a couple miles away but easily could have enjoyed Birmingham without a car from Aj's place. No streets to cross- all underground passages from the building to Grocery, Starbucks, Costa, etc. The space is really a great value. Everything we could have hoped for and more..

We were very pleased with Ali's apartment- it's new, tidy and had everything needed. Location is also great- 10 mins walk to the Victoria's square. I would recommend it.
