Like a village at the top of a hill, Loukoum Vacations, a 1900s farmhouse, restored by its owners, architect, landscaper, scenographer offers "Marina" one of 4 rental outbuildings (see also Fly, Balcony, Meteorites). 8.5 X 3.5 pool, beautiful 11,000 m² garden. In the middle of the island of Syros, beaches 4 km away. View of hills, Ano Syros, sea, Tinos, Mykonos, total calm, distant neighborhood.

The space
MARINA, one of the Loukoum outbuildings, an old farmhouse, which forms a small village with alleys, paths, and small squares. At the entrance a small chapel, Saint André, a threshing area, the alley of oleanders, the garden, the swimming pool and the pergola form a whole, ideal setting for holidays with friends all together and each on their own. The whole was completely restored in 2016 and decorated by the owners in a very offbeat traditional spirit. MARINA, like every outbuilding, has its separate entrance and private courtyard not overlooked. Each room with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, has direct access to its bathroom. The terraces offer amazing views depending on the time of day, the large pergola next to the pool forms the meeting space between friends for a drink or a dinner together. This 45 m² workspace with large tables and Wi-Fi, can accommodate internships, seminars, workshops...
