On sloped area at the top of Tasman Heights, this two-storey home has easy level access from the road, overlooks native vegetation and Nelson, and provides a great vantage point for New Zealand birdlife. Quiet, tidy, comfortable modern bedroom downstairs with sea and city views, enjoying all day sun. Fitted wardrobe with luggage rack. Private spacious bathroom close by, with access to shared open plan living area and balcony upstairs. Good wireless internet connection in bedroom and shared areas.
Access via front door from the road into main living area upstairs.
Self-serve continental breakfast and tea/coffee included in price, but kitchen is not available for cooking, sorry. Happy to provide recommendations on great places to eat out - we are spoilt for choice in Nelson!
Off road parking available, with ample on-road parking also, on our quiet cul-de -sac.
Interaction with guests
As it is a shared home, it is important that you to feel welcome, relaxed and safe here. Our paths will cross, and we enjoy meeting new people, but respect your privacy if you prefer to have some quiet time.
Having lived in the area for several years, I can gladly offer suggestions and recommendations on local sights, activities and eateries, if you wish. Can also help advise on your onward travel plans.
Other things to note
As noted above, this property is on a slope and has two levels. Your bedroom is downstairs, accessed via internal stairs, so may not be suitable for young children.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable.
