Be welcome to a cozy mezzanine just remodeled, with one queen bed (160x195) and one sofa bed (110x190). You can find the necessary to have your breakfast or pre-cooked meals, and complementary water, coffee and tea. We also offer amenities, cable-tv and internet.
You can find nearby several mini markets and restaurants, pharmacies, self-service laundry and ATM.
Walking distances: subway 10 min, city center 20 min, Estádio do Dragão and shopping mall 15 min.

The space
Studio 312 is a 35 square meter apartment with a mezzanine that divides the bedroom from the kitchenette. Please be aware that this unique bedroom as a low ceiling (1,70m), but to make up to you the shower is very comfortable :)

Other things to note
We provide free parking to our guests if booked in advance.
The parking space is located 50 meters from the apartment.
In case the remote is lost or damaged a fee of €50,00 will be charged.

Since 2015 Portugal and most other EU countries have more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paid holiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. The governing body that monitors the movement of foreigners is SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras or the Immigration and Borders Service).

When staying in a hotel guest are used to show their IDs at check-in. Short term rentals are also required to report guest's information to SEF - it is called the Accommodation Bulletin.

When you make a reservation in a registered Local Lodging establishment (an apartment you booked on Airbnb, booking or another similar website) your host is required to report your presence and details to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF) within 3 weekdays of your arrival.

So in check in we must collect some information about guests, like Full name, Date of birth
Country of birth, Home address, Country of residence, Nationality, Identity document, Number of the document and Issuing country.

Quiet family neighborhood, with a garden close by. I advise you to try an amazing francesinha in the restaurant "Onital", second place at Francesinha ranking in Oporto. You can get to city center easily by foot and enjoy all that Oporto can offer.

As of March 1st, 2018, a new regulation entered into force that will require all hosts in Porto to collect tourist tax from their guests and remit it to the municipality. This tax is 2€ per person per night, up to a limit of 7 nights. Children with less than 13 years old, handicapped guests or guests traveling for medical purposes are exempt upon presentation of proof. This tax will be collected to you at check-in, so that it may be then remitted to the municipality at the end of the month. You may learn more about it through a flyer that you will find in the apartment upon your arrival."
