As you may have read Chico is probably one of the most friendly cats I have come across and definitely is the highlight of the place. He is a house cat so you are now the entertainment during your stay and he also malts a lot so you are now a living fur embodiment just by the amount of love he has to give. Just be sure that you have some form of hair removal from clothing because I have a feeling I will be finding it for weeks now. The room was smallish but definitely had all the amnemities e.g. bed (foam bed), desk, chairs, towels and little snacks/teas/coffees and soap + mugs for your perusal. As it's winter in LA, it's quite cold and I did feel it but Camila and Chelsea had already provided blankets and sufficient cushions to make it a comfortable stay. Bathroom also was really good condition and everything was clean and tidy! One drawback is the room has shuttered doors as it has been converted from a dining room meaning that any sound from the livingroom/ kitchen feels as if you're immediately in the room. That being said, both Chelsea and Camila were very quiet after 10pm so it barely made much difference but it can feel like you have limited privacy at times. Camila and Chelsea are hospitable characters. As hosts, they give you plenty of privacy but should you wish to socialise, the living room offers the perfect environment and both are very easy going and offer advice if you have any questions regarding LA. They were very communicative during the whole check-in process and I could talk with them if I ran into difficulty ( which fortunately I did not).

Perfect room for a solo traveler, looking to visit LA for a few days. This was my first trip to California, and I had a great time. Camila was helpful and friendly. Her place is centrally located in Hollywood, which made it easy to get around and see everything I wanted to. Walking back from breakfast one morning, I glanced down a side street and saw the Hollywood sign. Paramount Pictures studios was not far either. A fresh towel and clean sheets were provided, and the entire home was spotless! Camila also provided tea, coffee, sugar, ear plugs and shampoo in the room as well, which I thought was a really thoughtful detail. I used Lyft to get around and didn't have any trouble with drivers finding Camila's place. There was also a gas station right across the street to get water and snacks.

Glad I was able to find this place! A fantastic value for a simple and sweet place to stay near DTLA. Neighborhood seemed safe enough, and the room is just like the photos. Camila and Priscilla were very responsive, even though we didn't see each other much during the trip. Chico the cat is also very much part of your experience if you stay here, so consider that if you have allergies or aren't a fan of cats. He's pretty harmless though. For the price, it was a gem to find! Would stay here again.
