Remodeled top floor 1 BR, 1BA, true ski-in/ski-out condo at Top of The World. Located at south mountain at the top of Soaring Eagle lift. Building offers easy parking, restaurant and bar, rental shop, ski/board gear shop, and hot tubs. Our top floor unit is quiet with great views and a walking path to the village. Free shuttle bus conveniently runs from the building to all other parts of Snowshoe and Silvercreek. Second home, not a full-time rental, so appointed well!

The space
Top of the World is away from the noise of the village, yet extremely convenient, with ski-in/ski-out access at the top of Soaring Eagle lift. Our top floor unit offers amazing village, mountain, and sunset views. Updated floors, paint, mattresses, couch, and appliances within the last few years. There are ski/board racks in the hall that hold at least 8 sets of skis or boards. Kitchen is stocked with essentials. 55" Smart TV plus basic cable channels.

Unit is approx. 475 sq feet with a living room, bedroom, full bathroom, full kitchen, and eat-in island. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds sets to sleep 4. The living room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa that sleeps 2. Closet in bedroom is used as an owner's closet and is likely to be locked. Space is not suitable for more than 4 adults, but works well for groups with 2-3 adults and 2-3 kids.

Health-related notes:
* Unit is not rented except for a handful of days throughout the year, so should be less people in/out of it.
* Unit has baseboard heaters, so no forced air shared with other units. There is a window that opens for fresh air (disclaimer: once or twice a year, in extreme weather, the window may freeze shut and be difficult to open!); There is a vent stack from the residential common spaces that vents air out of the building as well.

Guest access
Guests get access to the entire 1BR condo and common areas, including coin laundry, extra bathrooms, and hot tubs.

Note: This is our second home and we do use it regularly throughout the year; therefore, a few of our personal items may be in the condo. On the other hand, the place should be better appointed than most yearly rentals. If you are booking in January-March, there could be an extra cabinet or two full of extra food in the kitchen.

Note that we normally require a 2-night minimum stay on normal weekends and a 3-night minimum on holiday weekends; however, we also offer free late checkout between Jan and March weekends.

Other things to note
Kitchen contains standard amenities including coffeemaker (Cuisinart drip), toaster, microwave, instant pot, different sized pots and pans and knives.

There is a dedicated gated parking lot next to the building (Top of the World, Lot B). This lot requires a key card to get in (but not to get out). We will provide one key card in the kitchen drawer closest to the hallway... PLEASE return it before you leave or you will incur a $75 fee!! If Lot B is full, there are a few other free lots at the top of the mountain you can walk to (Inquire at the front desk) or you can pay to park in the large general lot outside our building. You only pay to get in, so we recommend parking once and riding shuttles. We do not guarantee free parking, but it is usually available.

Workspaces: We have 2 small laptop style desks available in the living room for work. One of them has an extra 27" (2560x1440) Monitor.
