Born and raised in So-Cal. Moved to San Diego 30 years ago on the coast and haven't left.
My wife and I are both graduates of SDSU.
We have a few long-term rentals in Encinitas, and have taken this property and turned it into a 'short-term' vacation rental, our Beach Bungalow. We manage all our properties.
I enjoy real estate, but not a realtor, always have 'weekend warrior projects' when I'm not with kids (see picture English Mastiff and an Olde English Bulldogge) on the beach, or maintaining my yard and gardens.
