Great comfortable seating with doors leading out to the patio area and garden; beautiful oak flooring, designer steel radiators, this room also has a dining table and bistro chairs - the table can extend to seat up to 8-10 guests. Elegant interiors with all the mod cons of a top class pad in Central Hove.
The L-shaped sofa converts to a massive double sofa bed allowing this property to sleep an extra two guests i.e up to 10.
The kitchen is fully decked out with shiny black beautiful tiles, appliances and accessories.
The master bedroom is a soft and inviting room with double 'zip and link' bed with additional day bed with a cleverly hidden trundle bed underneath. The en-suite wet room is pure high end luxury, Grohe taps, slate floor tiles with under floor heating. Pretty wallpaper and prints of Old Brighton, a charming room to relax and unwind. This room can be arranged as 4 single beds or a double bed with a daybed/ single bed.
Bedroom 2 is a gorgeous double bedroom, beautifully decorated with charming accessories and soft furnishings. This room can be arranged as 2 single beds if needed and there is an additional single Z bed for guests if required. The main bathroom with large end to end bath is perfect to relax and unwind with underfloor heating to take the chill off .
The garden has a unique 'beach hut' accommodation with a sofa bed that converts to a double bed to sleep 2 and it is included in the cost of the booking , the oak flooring even has underfloor heating!
Great for entertaining or just chilling out - drinks and barbecues can be enjoyed out here on those hazy spring,summer and autumn evenings.
Access is available at the front and rear of the apartment with full use of the garden and patio area.

Other things to note
If you require parking Hotel Guest Zone N parking permits are available at an extra cost of £ 5.00/daily scratch card permit. Parking restrictions are in place on the street at the front/rear of the apartment from 9.00am - 8.00pm daily. I can offer free parking at weekends only from 8.00 pm friday-9.00am monday at a local council car park ( Norton road car park ) which is within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.
There is a strict noise policy in place at the property as it is in a residential neighbourhood and noise is to be kept at a minimum from 10.30 pm onwards and any noise complaints received from the neighbours after this time will mean that your security deposit is at risk of being with held. It is not a party house.
The apartment is to be left in good order , cleared of all rubbish there are communal rubbish bins on the street at the front and rear of the apartment. If the BBQ is used please ensure it is cleared of all debris/ coals and in good order for the next guests. Any breakages are to be notified to the host prior to check out especially in peak season in case replacement items are to be purchased for the next incoming booking.
Well behaved pets are allowed by prior arrangement and a pet supplement will apply at the hosts discretion and dependant upon the amount and type of pets and the booking details.
Families and children are welcome and extra facilities are available for young children. There are travel cots , high chairs and lots of extra items available if needed please contact the host for more details.
Travellers with limited mobility are welcome as the apartment is all located on one level / the basement with a limited amount of steps to negotiate.
