I live a relaxing life in Temecula Wine Country and enjoy long-distance running on the many country roads around my home. From time to time I visit my favorite wineries in the area, especially on Fridays and Saturdays for the variety of live bands that play Rock, Country, Jazz. etc. My home is situated within the renowned Wine Country Loop that includes more than 45 excellent wineries of various styles and sizes. Because my home is situated on more than 3 acres, I value the view of the entire Temecula Valley, along with its tranquility and seclusion. You will love the sunsets. Currently, I am learning to play guitar and training to run the San Diego Rock & Roll Marathon, as well as the Palm Springs Tram Road Challenge. The run at the Tramway is a 5 year tradition with my son. Sandi, the love of my life, keeps me smiling and content as we enjoy life together. We are always interested in traveling and meeting people. Sandi, has lived with over 90 host families in 8 countries as a performer with Up With People. I lived several years in Mexico City as a student at the Universidad Iberoamericana and as Director of the American School of Aguascalientes. Sí, hablo español.
"¡Pura vida!" (Pure life!) is a saying I learned while traveling in Costa Rica, and I have adopted it as my motto. If you stay here you will be welcomed as a fellow traveler.
