The space
The boat (15 x 6 meters) is designed for comfort and close connection to the water:

Living Area (25m²): Open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine. The living room is the perfect spot to relax with the pellet stove and a movie.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Queensize bed (1.80 x 2.00m).

Bedroom 2: Double bed (1.40 x 2.00m).

Extra: A fun double bunk bed (1.40 x 2.00m) in the hallway for children.

Sanitary: Modern bathroom with a shower and a dry toilet. Don't miss out on the delightful warm outdoor shower!

The marina is located close to a lovely restaurant where you can enjoy lunch and dinner. The harbor features its own unique, private gated parking lot with reserved spaces for our guests. While street parking costs €8 per hour, it is complimentary for our guests at the marina.

We want to offer this experience to international guests. Currently, we have two locations on the Kaag Lakes, two in Amsterdam, one in Monnickendam, and a new location soon to open in Loosdrecht. Our mission is to develop small-scale mini-resorts with cruising houseboats on the Dutch lakes.
