The space
Nestled in the trees and over looking the valley this contemporary 3 bedroom home will give you the best in slope side luxury. No detail is overlooked. You have a well equipped kitchen for your comfort, heated floors throughout and a great deck with gas BBQ to end your day right! The large heated garage is perfect for storing gear and keeping everything toasty for the morning.

Enjoy this wonderfully spacious town home on your next vacation! With plenty of room you will enjoy amenities such a natural gas BBQ on a covered deck, heated garage, 2 full bathrooms, incredibly stocked kitchen with luxury amenities. The main level will greet you with a Queen bedroom. You have a shower and bathroom there. There is lots of room in the entry for storing outdoor gear. Your washer and dryer are located on this level as well.

Heading upstairs to the main level you will be greeted by a wonderfully modern open concept living space. With lots of window and just the right splash of color and art you are sure to feel at home in this bright and cheery space. Enjoy your flat screen TV while sitting on the sectional pull out sofa. Your kitchen and dining area are ready for entertaining and have everything you could imagine to make your dining get together memorable. There is another full bathroom on this level and Queen bedroom.

The loft area will provide you a great view over the living room and another Queen bed. The loft is not recommended for young children or older persons that would have a problem with stairs. With luxury linens in each room you are sure to have a wonderful sleep before heading out to explore the best of what Rossland has to offer.


Minimum Stay Policy

4 night minimum stay Christmas holidays, 3 night minimum winter high season, 2 night minimum otherwise. If you see a 2 day window of opportunity between bookings on property calendar, please contact us!

Important Booking Information

As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.

Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CDN as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.

Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.


For Longer Term Bookings of 30 days or More ...

This will be require an Occupancy Agreement to be signed by Guests and an addition Property Condition Guarantee will be required to be paid, at the time of booking, by e-transfer or credit card (60% of monthly rental rate). Additional pet deposit required for pet friendly properties (approval required).

Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.

Mountain Town Properties is fully insured and licensed with an Inter-Municipal Business License # 18719 and a BC Consumer Protection License # 64451.

Now more than ever, Mountain Town Properties takes cleaning seriously. It’s always been important to us, but now it is critical, as we all aim to reduce the spread of COVID-19. According to the CDC, it’s possible for someone to contract COVID-19 by touching a contaminated surface – like a doorknob or light switch — and the virus may live on some surfaces for several hours or even days. That’s why it’s essential to clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces often, especially between reservations. We have asked our cleaning contractor to implement stringent cleaning protocols to meet or exceed CDC, AirBnB, HomeAway/VRBO recommendations, as well as our Federal/Provincial Public Health guidelines.
