The apartment comprises of an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There is a private double bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy the views of Beauregard and l'Etale from the private balcony.
The apartment is on the first floor of a 5 apartment building. We have a ski locker on the ground floor. There is a shared garden below the building.

If you need airport transfers, catering, childcare or even a birthday cake, we can help you arrange everything in advance for you to make sure your holiday is as stress free as possible.
Other things to note
We require a €500 security deposit that I will take by cheque upon arrival.
For guests who do not have a french cheque book I require to take one passport.
The cheque or passport will be returned to you after I have checked the property before you leave.
Also, every holiday maker staying in a holiday rental in France is obliged to pay the “taxe de sejour” to the local mayor’s office. The tax is used by the commune to fund promotion of the area, upkeep of footpaths, set up free activities, the free ski buses etc. I will collect this obligatory payment of €1.50 per person per night for all over 14 years of age, on arrival, and provide you with a written receipt.
In return each member of your party is eligible for “la carte d’hote” a free card which is your bus pass and entitles you to offers and reductions at various establishments/for various activities throughout the communes of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand, St Jean de Sixt and Manigod. I will have cards ready for you when you arrive at the chalet. The carte d'hote is only available during the winter season and summer holidays.
