Amanda is a wonderful host. Communication was always very quick and helpful. She made us feel extremely welcome and helped us to settle in to her amazing home. Nothing was too much trouble and had a great knowledge of where to go and what to see. The house itself is stunning. The children and I loved the decor. It was like being home from home, very comfortable and inviting. The location itself is just perfect, couldn't ask for a better spot. We loved Windy Corner Stores right on the corner of the street and the short walk to the beach was always exciting for the children to see the sea within record time! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful property and hope to return again. None of us wanted to leave!

Amanda's cottage is fantastic. It's a gorgeous traditional house that has been beautifully decorated. It felt cosy and was very clean. The kitchen is fitted out with everything you might need for cooking during your stay, and Amanda very kindly left cereals and milk, along with teas etc for making that all important first cup on arrival. Both bedrooms are bright and airy. I slept in the back room and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also really beautiful (with a huge bathtub!) and had been kitted out with everything you might need. Amanda herself is a fantastic hostess. I was given recommendations for eating out - particularly important, as I was on my own. I also felt that I could ask for anything and it wouldn't be too much trouble. This was just perfect for a few days away - thank you very much.

We had a really lovely time at this cottage which is a stones throw from the beach and a great pub that is on the beach. Amanda was really helpful and everything went without a hitch. The cottage is cosy with everything we needed, the weather was really good but I imagine in the winter the log burner would make it really toasty. Thanks for a lovely weekend!
