Close to other neighbourhood bars and restaurants (such as Tannery Bar, Cheese Bar, Tabor Tavern, Belmont Station) and others on NE 60th and Glisan. Montevilla is only 20 blocks away. On street parking is available, as well as access to bus lines and Max running between the airport and downtown are within walking (7 minutes) or short bus ride distance.

- - 1) Absolutely no smoking inside the house. 2) Do not leave your personal things in the common areas. 3) Clean up after yourself. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. Do not leave food out and/or trash around the house, on the floor or in the rooms. 4) Do not leave the oven or stove on when leaving the house. 5) Mop up or sweep up any spills immediately to protect the carpets and wooden floors. 6) Please respect the neighbors limiting loud noise after 10pm. 7) If something is damaged or if there are any problems, no matter how small, contact me or the person in charge immediately. Contact info will be provided. 8) Please recycle the trash. Dispose of all bottles, glass jars or plastic , metal (cans), cartons or containers in a separate bag and throw them in the Blue bin in the driveway. The other garbage goes into the Grey bin. Place food kitchen scraps in the Green bin.
Note: Please make sure that both main and back doors are locked every time you leave the house or stay in the second floor. Shower first floor: Pull down and twist the bottom of the faucet when water comes out.
