I'm close to the Mississippi, with restaurants, coffee shops, and live music on Oak street. The streetcar is about 10 minutes away. My home is a typical New Orleans shotgun that was recently renovated, airy and welcoming, with yard, side deck, front porch, and sweet cats! It is good for women who travel solo and are looking for a charming environment. My neighborhood is diverse, up and coming and not a clean suburban one. Please do not choose my place if you don't feel at ease in such areas.

Cute and cozy bedroom with daybed (and pull out trundle for second bed) desk, shelves, and closet. The private bathroom is right next to it, in the hallway. Very clean.

PLEASE READ: My neighborhood is up and coming and diverse, about 45 minutes away from the French Quarter by streetcar (exceptional ride under the majestic oak trees that goes through very beautiful neighborhoods) and 20 minutes away by car. It is off the beaten trail, four blocks away from Oak street and from gorgeous neighborhoods, where you can walk and happily get lost. My neighborhood itself is not the nicest aesthetically speaking and if you'd rather be closer to the French Quarter, it is not the place for you.
