Private loft: it has 20m2, with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom – all in the same space - The apartment is on the second floor and the access is through stairs. The apartment is on a steep climb (slope) with lots of nature around. The location is close to the main avenue of Buzios. NO air CONDITIONING/ NO GARAGE.
CHECK IN from 2pm.
CHECK OUT by 12pm.

The space
LOFT 1 is a space in the middle of Nature, a very quiet and polite neighborhood. The place is ideal for those who like to rest without being disturbed by noises. The location is on the climb (steep slope) of Toca do Coelho, near the beaches of Geribá and Tartaruga.
It has a private balcony with a dining table.

Our loft has a bedroom with a double box bed (we have the option of an additional sofa bed for children or small adults), TV with cable antenna, fan, table for meals with stools. The bathroom has a shower with temperature regulator and spacious blindex box.
The kitchen contains fridge+freezer, cooktop cooker, cooking utensils (pots, dishes, cutlery etc..)

Your stay in the apartment:

- The guest is responsible for cleaning during the stay, and deliver the apartment clean and organized at check out.

- Your host is available from 10am to 10pm if you have any questions or emergencies.

- It is the responsibility of the guest to purchase personal hygiene products (toilet paper, soap, toothpaste, etc.) food, cleaning products or any other supply that is not in the apartment.

We do not provide bath/face towels.

-The apartment has bed linen (we do not change bed linen during the stay).

- The apartment does not have Air Conditioning, only fan.
