About this listing
Restored Yellowstone camper sleeps two in our driveway. There is an outdoor shower in the backyard with hot/cold water or shower inside. There is a pool available, weather permitting. We are located 1 mile from I-10 and 14 miles from the beach. The airport is approx. 2 miles away. The camper has a microwave, A/C, space heater, radio, and closet space. This house shares one bathroom. We are mindful of others and schedules, therefore just ask if anyone needs to use the bathroom before showering.
Cozy and family oriented. I want you to enjoy Pensacola and have a great nights sleep in a clean environment. The Yellowstone is 19 ft long and sleeps two in one bed. If you want the dining area changed to a 2nd bed, just ask. That space will sleep one more. Provided are a toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, coffee, sugar, Amazon dot, waffle maker, and a griddle. We are a fully functioning house with jobs, marriages, adult children, family friends, and all of the other things that come along with life. Please join us and understand that I am not spic-and-span clean. I am a nurse so I clean well with bleach and vinegar water but, you will see the occasional hand print on the mirror.
Drivers license and car tag verification upon arrival for your safety and mine. Outdoor hot/cold shower. Inside bathroom. (there's a microwave, air, space heater, radio in the camper, Amazon dot, toaster oven, toaster, griddle, etc.) pool when weather permits, backyard fire pit. I leave a key on your ring in the camper. Please let yourself inside at your convenience. We have a 2nd property on Escambia Bay you may access, kayak along the shores, or grill on the large fire pit.
Interaction with guests
I will welcome you when possible and provide information in the camper on Pensacola attractions. I'll be available to answer questions, if possible, when we aren't working. My phone number will be provided for guidance and a welcome letter will be provided on the table in the camper.
Other things to note
We have bikes, kayaks, and cheap fishing poles that are available for you to borrow with arrangements. NO PETS. The walls are birch wood and I personally have left my little furry friend in the camper while we went off biking and the blinds and walls were torn and scratched on my return. Damage to the birch walls would be a very hard fix because this camper is vintage and birch is expensive. If your furry friend is a service dog or like a little person and goes everywhere with you then please send a note. (Service dogs welcome, others considered) SHOULD YOU BOOK WITH TOBY AND I YOU WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO PURSUE LEGAL ACTION IF INJURED, NO MATTER FAULT. THIS BOOKING TAKES THE PLACE OF A WAIVER TO SIGN BECAUSE WE MAY NOT ALWAYS MEET YOU (THE GUEST).
Drivers license verification upon your arrival. ONLY registered guests may stay on the property. Please sign the guestbook about your experience that I leave on the table in the camper. I will give you our internet connection ID and password on the welcome letter.
You will be staying in a 19ft. Vintage camper. All of the walls are birch and the appliances are original. You may not use the bathroom in the camper. We give you a key for the house and you may use the bathroom down the hall (pictures in the profile ).
The camper has an air conditioner and a space heater that gets plenty warm if you need one. Provided in the camper is a coffee pot (with coffee, creamer, and sugar ), microwave, toaster oven, toaster, perfect waffle maker, radio, and an Amazon dot (to set an alarm, check the weather, ask for directions ). NO SMOKING IN THE CAMPER.
We have a pool (weather permitting ).
We are nurses who work the weekend. You may or may not see us much. We are always available via Airbnb messaging or by phone for any concerns.
We also want you to be comfortable. We provide open communication and are good, honest people. We have enjoyed the cultural diversity of the people we have hosted and want you to be part of our experience as well.
Pensacola has so much to offer and we hope you enjoy your stay.

We are in our 40s and love to travel. We have a vintage trailer that we traveled across the United States with a couple of years ago. Our children are grown and our time off is spent at a property on the water that we bought two years ago. We are both nurses and love to visit off road places with history.
3 things I can't live without:
1. My husband and our relationship. He is my best-friend.
2. My children
3. We are pretty easy going and could live without all of the creature comforts.
We are easy to please. We have stayed in places without a host available. The key was provided and you come and go. We have stayed in B&Bs where we have had breakfast with the hosts, either way, we enjoy our stay.
My life moto: You are who you hang out with.
