Our condo is basically 500 steps from Kamaole #1 and right in the heart of Kihei. From our 6th floor condo, you can sit on the lanai and watch as the waves crash or watch the sun set.. There’s always seems to be a steady breeze off the ocean that drifts through our unit. It’s walking distance to shops and restaurants so there’s never a shortage of things to do. The roof top deck is great for meeting others, enjoying the 180 degree view of the ocean and making dinner on the communal BBQ’s.
Our condo is a tastefully decorated 1 bedroom 1 bathroom with a pull out sofa bed. Its large enough to accommodate a couple looking to decompress or a small family. We provide everything you would need for your vacation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. For your time at the beach there are beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels. We also have a Bluetooth stereo for your pleasure. There is also a room safe to store your valuables.
The building itself has many desirable features. It is concrete; noise from adjacent units are inaudible unlike in wooden buildings. The neighboring low-rise structure that separates it from the street does not obstruct the view, but it blocks road noise and provides privacy. On the rooftop deck is a common area with chaise loungers to soak-in 180-degree view of the island. Guests use the outdoor grills there, meet new people, and dine while enjoying golden sunsets. Guest parking is free. The pool area is going to be under construction from August 28th - September 15th 2017. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The surrounding areas offer everything that you could want. There are shops to browse through, and places to rent 'Stand Up Paddle' boards, bikes or most anything you could want. Wailea is a 5 min drive away, and that area offers High end restaurants, golf courses and even more shopping.
You'll have access to the Condo, as well as all common areas, including the pool and the roof top deck and the BBQ's. The surrounding grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of parking. The condo has everything that should should need to make our house your home. We have complimentary dedicated WIFI and free long distance calling to North America. For longer stays, there is a laundry pair to help.
Interaction with guests
After booking, we will send you all of your check-in instructions. You do not need to check in with us, however you will need to stop by the front desk to register your car. There will be detailed instructions provided to you in your official confirmation.
We have a binder in the condo with all the information you may need during your stay. There is also a list of places and shops that we enjoy, and companies that will help you with day trips.
Our 'Island Representative' is on the ground floor if you have any additional questions about the area or if there is an issue with the Condo. He'll be able to help.

Other things to note
This is a privately owned condo. We are opening our home to you are trusting that you will treat it respectfully. If there is any concern during your stay, please contact the property management company directly using the contact information provided in the condo book on the kitchen counter.
There is a room tax of 13.41% that will need to be charged separately on the room nights after the booking is complete. At this time we are unable to build it into the final price.
We are from Vancouver, BC and have recently purchased this condo. We love to travel to distant countries and seeing distant cultures. We are avid cyclist, SCUBA divers, gardeners and bee keepers. We enjoy cooking and entertaining and spending time with friends and family.
