This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath smoke free home offers a central location and beautiful patio with BBQ island. 1350 Square feet of living space. Located in a Great, quiet neighborhood. Minutes from Windsor launch ramp to launch your boat, The Shops at Lake Havasu mall, as well as downtown Mccollough.

The space

The home has been recently painted inside and outside. New flooring and baseboards. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, with a dresser, TV and walk in closet. Also a newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with dual sink granite countertops, a roman tub and shower.
2nd bedroom also has a queen bed and walk in closet.
3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
2nd and 3rd bedroom share a remodeled full bath with granite counter top.
Living room comes with sofa, loveseat, lounger all which recline and flat screen TV
Kitchen has also been recently remodeled with granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave. A added extra is the availability to watch TV from the kitchen island.
There is also a laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer.
There are ceiling fans in all rooms.
Patio comes equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs and BBQ island. The home is fully enclosed with white vinyl fencing, with 2 entry gates.

Other things to note
Our home is centrally located between Windsor Launch Ramp and our Mall "The Shops at Lake Havasu" . Seven minutes in either direction. Downtown McCullough is about eleven minutes away will you will find shops, restaurant s and some night clubs. Straight down from there leads you to the water and fun on the channel where you will see the historic London Bridge. Here you will find some shops, eateries and boat rentals. There is also a ferry that will take you across the lake to Havasu Landing Casino if you feel lucky.
