Stunning ocean views across the golf course. 5 minute walk to Fistral beach, Newquay golf club & the shops, restaurants & bars/pubs. 10 minute walk to Gannel Estuary, Crantock Beach & the Boating Lake. There is street parking outside the house (one way road) or the car park just opposite with a children’s playground.

The space
This is our home. It’s 3 available bedrooms are all slightly different. We know there is still work to be done but it’s our happy place. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

PLEASE NOTE - this house is my first home & I have spent time trying to make it beautiful.... there are still a few small things missing.
The garden has been completely ripped out and refurbished. We have a BBQ but charcoal is not provided.
The kitchen has a new range cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave combi oven! (We are still dreaming about the kitchen extension ! )
We also bought a NESPRESSO coffee machine. We do not provide coffee pods but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like - so you can choose certain flavours / brands - machine holds "standard coffee pods" (normal tea & coffee provided)
- Little bears ~ travel cot, baby bath, potty, & high chair for little bears! Plus some toys & children’s books.
There is also a large white chest in the back bedroom full of games for all the family !

Neighbourhood highlights
Newquay is really up and coming. So many lovely new shops, bars and cafes opening all the time. All the locals are really friendly and helpful should you need anything ... One personal favourite shop is the lovely MMV at Revolver 76 Fore Street - do make sure you pop in!
