My apartment is near Paulista Avenue. You'll love staying in my home because of the neighborhood, with its cinemas, cafes, restaurants, museums, and cultural centers. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen is large and well equipped. My space is good for women who want to feel the pulse of a vibrant city. We only host women, because the bathroom is shared.

It is frequented by São Paulo and Brazilian and foreign tourists because of its museums, theaters, cinemas, cultural centers, bookstores, cafes, bars and restaurants.
In the center of Av. Paulista is the MASP - Museum of Art of São Paulo, which is worth visiting for having, in addition to paintings by Brazilian artists, works by Renoir, Monet, Manet, Cézanne, Van Gogh, Gauguin, Modigliani, El Greco, Goya, Turner, Rembrandt and Rivera.

As a host, I am a person who values receiving well, always ready to assist the guest in their needs, allowing them to “turn around” independently. When possible we can cook together and share meals and even leisure. Values of coexistence important to me: respect for the agreement, good coexistence with the people and animals of the house (another guest and the cat), healthy habits ( not smoking, not excessive drinking, not drugs), maintenance of the house and the rooms , using them and leaving them as you found them, transparency (openness to talking, putting and recombining whatever is necessary, from both parties). I like to meet people, cultural and artistic activities, cinema, films in general, nature, walks, conversations, visits to events and exhibitions, but with little time available at the moment.
